If you affirmatively opt in, you may receive text messages regarding the servicing and/or collection of your account or debt, including account alerts, collection notices, document requests, and customer care communications. This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained may be used for that purpose. You may opt in by providing your mobile number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our Contact Us form. Providing a mobile number or submitting the form without selecting the checkbox does not enroll you in the SMS Program. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. You may receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed. You will not receive additional messages from the SMS Program unless you provide new consent.  Reply HELP for help. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
