1. Program Description

Legacy Asset Recovery Group LLC operates the Legacy Asset Recovery Group SMS Program. Consumers who affirmatively opt in may receive text messages regarding the servicing and/or collection of their account or debt, including account alerts, collection notices, document requests, and customer care communications. This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.

2. User Opt-In

Consumers may opt in by providing their mobile number and affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our Contact Us form. The checkbox is not preselected and is not required to submit the form. Providing a mobile number or submitting the form without selecting the checkbox

does not enroll a consumer in the SMS Program. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on account activity and consumer interactions with the SMS Program.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan. Legacy Asset Recovery Group LLC is not responsible for charges

determined by your mobile carrier.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. You may receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed. You will not receive additional messages from the SMS Program unless you provide new consent.

The SMS Program is limited to communications regarding the servicing and/or collection of an account or debt, including account alerts, collection notices, document requests, and customer care communications. The SMS Program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

10. Prohibited Messaging Content

Legacy Asset Recovery Group LLC will not use its SMS messaging program to transmit prohibited content, including:

Illegal or fraudulent messages
Phishing or deceptive communications
Spam or unsolicited marketing messages
Content restricted by carriers, including SHAFT categories (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco), where applicable

Legacy Asset Recovery Group LLC may update this SMS Messaging Policy periodically to reflect operational, regulatory, or carrier policy changes.
